Reward loyalty automatically
Choose how customers qualify and what they receive. The extension can award stamps after an approved appointment has finished, when a booking is approved, or after Amelia records payment. Every stamp is written to an auditable transaction ledger linked to the Amelia customer and booking, preventing duplicate awards when booking events are repeated.

Built for reliable operations
The extension keeps a complete ledger instead of storing only a single stamp total. Cancellations, no-shows, rejected bookings, and relevant refunds create auditable reversals. Rescheduling the same Amelia booking does not create another stamp. Administrators can search customers, review their complete history, make reasoned manual adjustments, import historical bookings, export the ledger, and run reconciliation on demand.
Works with your AmeliaExtension suite
The plugin works independently with native Amelia coupons. When AmeliaExtension - Voucher is available, fixed-value and account-credit rewards can gain remaining-balance voucher behaviour. Smart Waitlist Pro adds waitlist visibility, while Custom Booking Flow can provide automatic reward preselection, component-level reward coverage, and zero-total payment handling.
Default programme included
Start with the recommended setup: one stamp for every completed appointment, ten stamps required, a free selected base service, and a 90-day reward expiry. Extra duration, additional people, extras, and employee or location price differences remain excluded unless you explicitly configure an integration to include them.

Important: Amelia 9.7 does not expose a separate completed status. The recommended completed trigger means an approved booking whose appointment end time has passed. Exact reward coverage for extras, added duration or people, and price differences requires a compatible Custom Booking Flow integration.
